30-day return window
You may return any TestBankByte paperback within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. We refund the original payment method through Stripe within one business day of receiving the return at our Seattle warehouse.
Condition requirements
- Book in resaleable condition — no writing, highlighting, broken spine, or removed pages.
- All inserts, sticker sheets, and bundle items present.
- Original outer packaging not required, but please use a padded mailer to prevent damage in transit.
- Items returned outside policy are refused at the warehouse and returned to you at your cost.
How to start a return
- Email contact@testbankbyte.com with your order number and the title(s) you want to return.
- We email back a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
- Write the RMA on the outside of your package and ship to the returns address below.
- Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we issue a Stripe refund. Stripe deposits funds in 5–10 business days.

Who pays return shipping
- Standard returns (change of mind, wrong edition ordered): the buyer pays return postage. We recommend USPS Media Mail (typically $4–6) and a service with tracking.
- Defects, damage in transit, or wrong title shipped: we cover return shipping. Email a photo and we send a prepaid USPS label.
Refund amount
- Full product price refunded for in-policy returns. No restocking fee.
- Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is caused by our error or a defect.
- If a discount or promotion was applied to the order, the refund reflects the discounted price paid.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the title you want and return the original under this policy — this is the fastest way to receive the correct book.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are labeled (typically within 12 hours of purchase). Once a package leaves our warehouse it must be returned under the policy above.
International returns
International orders are returnable on the same 30-day window. The buyer is responsible for return postage, customs paperwork, and any duties refused on re-entry to the United States.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to — not in place of — any consumer rights you have under federal, state, or local law (including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and the EU Consumer Rights Directive where applicable).
